About Us

Bhartiya Inclusive Development Foundation (BIDF) was established in 2001 with a powerful vision: to build a healthier India by eradicating anemia and addressing critical health challenges, especially in underserved rural communities.

Driven by a deep commitment to community well-being, BIDF has been at the forefront of grassroots health initiatives for over two decades. Our flagship campaign, Anemia Mukt Bharat, has positively impacted thousands of lives, thanks to strategic collaborations under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework with esteemed organizations like Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

At BIDF, we design and implement health campaigns tailored to the needs of rural India, with a focus on evidence-based solutions. Our most impactful initiative to date has been the Anemia Mukt Bharat campaign, implemented with support from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

Through this initiative, thousands of women and adolescent girls have received free hemoglobin testing, iron supplements, nutrition counseling, and ongoing medical support. The program has seen measurable improvements in anemia levels in target villages, setting a benchmark for similar programs across the country.

Our partnerships are vital to our success. We proudly collaborate with several public and private sector organizations, including GAIL, HAL, and others, ensuring our programs are well-resourced, impactful, and scalable.

Our work is rooted in a belief that inclusive development is only possible when every individual—especially women and children—has access to proper healthcare and nutrition. We focus our efforts in India's villages, where the need is greatest and the potential for transformation is immense.

Over the years, BIDF’s dedication has been recognized with prestigious honors from the Presidents of India and the United States, and the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, validating the life-changing impact of our interventions.
